Why should you order from Kraft Music? We offer all of the latest digital pianos, electronic percussion, guitars, and pro audio products at the most competitive prices. And when you call or email Kraft, you'll communicate with a real person (imagine that!) who can help you with your needs, and who will be there to service you. Plus, you can take care of nearly all of the business from the comfort of your home or office and wait for your product to be shipped to your door! Our goal is to make your purchase as effortless and as convenient as possible.

There are two ways to place an order with Kraft Music: order online using our secure server, or call us toll-free at (800) 783-3368. You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week...in other words, order when it is convenient for you. You may also call us: our phones our staffed Monday thru Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM central time. Even if you placed an order on our secure server, you are still welcome to call our toll free number with your questions or concerns.

How is your order shipped? You have your choice of carriers at Kraft Music. We offer Ground Service, Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and 3 Day Select services via UPS. To estimate the cost of shipping, simply click on the "Calculate Shipping Cost" text within a product page. FedEx is also available, though you will have to call or email for FedEx shipping quotes. We do use a variety of motor freight services (including CEVA/EGL and BAX Global) when shipping large items, such as some digital pianos. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day!

When you order a product from Kraft Music, you will be emailed an order confirmation, and a tracking number is also sent to you when your package leaves our warehouse. The tracking number will enable you to easily find out the delivery status of your package. You can find this information by having your tracking # on hand while selecting our Order Tracking service.

Due to many of our dealer franchise agreements, we are not able to process most International orders. If you live outside of the US and would like to purchase something from our catalog, please send email to help@kraftmusic.com and a salesperson will assist you. In some circumstances, we may be able to accomodate your purchase.
