The SRX-04 "Symphonique Strings" collection makes it possible to access the world's most expressive stereo-sampled strings—including sectional and full ensemble sounds—at the touch of a button. And like the SRX-02 "Concert Piano," these first-class sounds are not just realistic, but ultra-expressive using the 4-way velocity-switching of the Fantom/XV-Series synth engine.
The SRX-04 is currently compatible with the following Roland expandable synthesizers: Fantom, Fantom-S, Fantom-S88, Fantom-XA, Fantom-X6, Fantom-X7, Fantom-X8, Fantom-XR, MC-909, RD-700, RD700SX, VR-760, XV-2020, XV-3080, XV-5050, XV-5080, and XV-88.
