How is your order shipped?
We offer UPS Ground Service, Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and 3 Day Select. FedEx is also available, though you will have to call or email for FedEx shipping quotes. We also use a variety of motor freight services (including DB Schenker, CEVA/EGL and BAX Global) when shipping large items, such as some digital pianos. Most orders leave our facility within 1 business day!
***Please note, many of the products we sell are shipped in the manufacturer box. These boxes will often have images, model numbers, and other text that indicate the contents inside.
All transit times are in business days. When calculating transit times, please note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.
Due to the weight and size, some orders will be required to ship via truck (freight). This will be notated in the shipping tab on the product page, and also during the checkout process. The following business day, after your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email from Kraft Music, with tracking information relating to your shipment. Once the shipment is checked in at your local hub, the trucking company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery will not be attempted until an appointment is scheduled with you. You will need to be present when the shipment is delivered. Deliveries take place on weekdays (Monday - Friday), during regular business hours. The trucking company will schedule a specific day and a window of time with you.
BASIC DELIVERY • "FREE" (You Save $140 In Shipping!)
The BASIC Delivery option is commonly referred to as “Threshold”. This is a one man delivery. The driver will ensure that all packages are protected from the weather by placing them in the closest dry area. For example.....a porch, a garage or, if possible, inside an entrance of the dwelling.
PREMIUM DELIVERY • $40.00 (You Save $140 in Shipping!)
The PREMIUM Delivery option means the freight company will deliver to your home or office and place the packages in your “room of choice”. This method of delivery includes up to (2) flights of stairs.
***IMPORTANT NOTE: Please test your item before getting it fully assembled. For example, with digital pianos, unpack the keyboard portion, power it on and test all the keys. It is very rare that these items arrive with defects, but it is still a good idea to test it before spending time getting it fully assembled. Use caution when unpacking your purchase from its box, as some needed parts and pieces may be packed in and amongst the packing material. Be sure to save the carton and all packing materials, in case of a needed return. Do not write on the box and do not discard!
Need to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or an APO?
Because of the added costs to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses, shipping to these destinations do NOT qualify for our FREE SHIPPING promotion. Kraft Music will cover the costs of shipping to the destinations nearest coast, and the customer will be responsible for the remainder. Please call (800-783-3368) or email for a shipping quote before purchasing. For accurate shipping quotes, please be sure to include your zip/postal code. Kraft Music cannot process or ship orders outside the United States.
When you order from Kraft Music, an order confirmation and tracking number is emailed to you when your product leaves our facility.
Due to many of our dealer franchise agreements, we are not able to process most International orders.
