The Minimoog Voyager Electric Blue Edition is an all-analog performance synthesizer that shines on stage or in the studio. It has an incredible sonic range and power that ONLY a Minimoog is capable of delivering. From the creamiest modulated leads to monstrous Moog bass, the Voyager remains the king of analog synths. And just like the original Minimoog, the Minimoog Voyager was designed and brought to life by synthesizer pioneer, Bob Moog.

The Minimoog Voyager Electric Blue Edition is housed in a rugged steel chassis surrounded by a fractal blue solid ash cabinet. At first it appears black, but as you draw near, the fractal blue flecks create an eye-catching display. Combine this with a stunning electric blue backlit panel, FLASHING blue pitch/mod wheels, and blue LEDs and you have a massive monosynth that will not be ignored.

Features include:

  • 100% Analog Signal Path
  • 44 Key Fatar Keybed
  • Blue Backlit Panel
  • Flashing Blue Backlit Pitch/Mod Wheels
  • Blue LEDs
  • 3 Ultra-Stable Oscillators
  • 2 Legendary Moog Ladder Filters
  • 2 Four-Stage Analog Envelope Generators
  • 2 Flexible Modulation Busses
  • Assignable X/Y/A Touch Control Interface
  • Over 800 Onboard Presets
  • CV/Gate Expansion Port

The MINIMOOG VOYAGER Synthesizer is a monophonic (one note at a time) analog performance synthesizer. It incorporates virtually all of the sound resources and functions of the original Model D Minimoog, which was produced by Moog Music, Inc. from 1970 to 1982. It has many new additional features, including a three dimensional touch surface, MIDI IN and MIDI OUT implementation, extensive patching facilities, and a large number of new panel features.

The signal path starts with a bank of three wide-range, high-stability voltage controlled oscillators, one noise source, and one audio preamplifier for externally-applied audio signals. The sound modifiers are two Moog filters and one stereo VCA (Voltage Controlled Amplifier). Modulation sources are two ADSR (Attack Decay Sustain Release) envelope generators and one multiwaveform LFO (Low Frequency Oscillator).Control devices include a 44-key keyboard with velocity and afterpressure outputs, pitch bend and modulation wheels, a three dimensional touch surface, and many control/pedal input jacks.

The MINIMOOG VOYAGER has a hinged, multi-position panel and a solid hardwood cabinet. The power supply accepts any power voltage from 100 volts to 240 volts.

Flashing Pitch and Mod Wheel Modification
This is a custom modification which drives the pitch and mod wheel LED brightness directly from the LFO triangle wave output, giving you an accurate and dramatic visual representation of the LFO voltage level at any moment. It comes with a small internal switch which allows you to set the wheel lighting back to "always on" in case of visual over-stimulation.
