Behringer has just released the C200, a modular, column-style powered speaker system. Designed to give wide dispersion with great sound quality, the C200 boasts 200 watts of Class D power.
There are two column sections included, eliminating the need for any wires. The top speaker section houses four 2.5-inch drivers. The other section is an extension tube that raises the speakers up for clearer sound. As an added bonus, the extension tube includes integrated LED lighting that dances to the music. If you don't want to use the lights, simply insert the speaker section into the base and set the extension tube to the side.
The lower section houses an 8-inch, high-excursion low frequency driver for strong bass response, as well as all of the electronics.
Equipped with individual gain controls, the three-channel mixer includes Bluetooth streaming, an MP3 player that can read from USB drives or SD/MMC cards, and an integrated FM tuner.
The C200 is ideally suited for small to medium-sized performance venues, houses of worship, clubs, wedding ceremonies, and even your own backyard. There are several effects settings to add the finishing touch to your sound.
A comprehensive remote control is included for added ease of use. The control panel is intuitive and the bright LCD screen is awesome!
All of this is housed in a high-impact and lightweight enclosure featuring protective perforated steel mesh grilles and a comfortable carrying handle for ease of portability.
