Let's face it: you're the type who would happily crank up a full Ampeg SVT stack in your living room. Heck, who needs neighbors, anyway? And noise violations are really just a badge of honor, right...? For the rest of us, there's Ampeg Micro-CL Stack, delivering 100 watts of Ampeg tone into any situation. It's perfect for those just getting into Ampeg tone or for the seasoned bassist looking to practice in far-flung locations, like the master bathroom. Micro-CL Stack features a tough, 2×10" cab and tools like stereo input and output for silent practice, an effects loop and a direct out for recording. It's everything you want in a full stack, micro-sized to fit perfectly into your life.

- Unbalanced line output
- Effects loop with separate send and return jacks
- 3-band EQ
- Dual inputs: 0dB and –15dB
- Speaker cabinet
- 100W power handling at 8 Ω
- 2 × 10" LF drivers
- Frequency response: 57 Hz – 5 kHz
- Sensitivity: 100 dB SPL @ 1W/1m
Use these familiar controls to dial in your perfect tone. Rotate the midrange control counter-clockwise for a 'contoured,' more distant sound or clockwise for a sound that really cuts through.
The -15dB input is suited for use with basses that have active electronics or high-output pickups. It will reduce the chance of overdriving the preamplifier stage, and allow more usable range and fine adjustment of the gain control. Use the 0dB input with passive instruments.
Audio input and headphone output
Connect the audio output from line-level sources such a mobile device or CD/MP3 player to the 1/8" stereo input. The incoming audio is mixed with the preamp signals so you can play along to a practice track as you listen with headphones. (Incoming audio only plays through the headphone output.)
Use the 1/4" TS output to send a line-level signal to an external effects processor. The output here is affected by all controls except the volume and limiter switch. Use the 1/4" loop return jack to feed the processed signal back into the power amplifier.
Unbalanced line output
Connect this output to the input of a mixer or recording audio interface to avoid having to mic the speaker cabinet. The output is not affected by the master volume control. This output can also connect to external power amplifiers or powered loudspeakers as long as they have their own input controls to adjust the volume level.
