The Fender Nile Rodgers Hitmaker Stratocaster is a faithful recreation of the 1960 Fender hardtail Strat Rodgers purchased used in 1973. Rarely is a single guitar so inseparably identified with its owner as The Hitmaker, an essential element used on every hit record he's produced since the early days of his band Chic. The Hitmaker features a slim alder body with unique contours, an Olympic White lacquer finish, custom headstock logo and Hitmaker neck plate, custom pickups, a vintage-style hard-tail bridge, and Sperzel locking tuners. The guitar also comes with a vintage-style case with Hitmaker-embroidered interior and a custom certificate of authenticity.
