Vermona DRM1 MKIV

Vermona DRM1 MKIV

The Vermona DRM1 MKIV continues the tradition of electronic drum and percussion sounds based on analog circuitry coupled with an uncompromising control surface begun in the mid-90s by the original DRM1. A musical instrument and creative tool meant to be touched and played, each of the DRM1 MKIV's eight instrument channels features nine knobs for sound shaping, pan, and volume control. Internally, Vermona has houghtfully tweaked frequency ranges, revamped control curves, adjusted levels, and redesigned sub-circuits. In addition to standard MIDI connections, DRM1 MKIV is equipped with USB-MIDI.

DRM1 MKIV is also available with optional analog trigger inputs that accept different voltage levels for triggering the instrument channels dynamically, as well as the ability to convert trigger impulses to MIDI, allowing flexible control from DAWs, hardware sequencers, or modular systems.
