The Yamaha LS-TA TransAcoustic Guitar uses an actuator installed on the inner surface of the guitar's back to generate authentic reverb and chorus sounds from inside the body of the guitar, with no external amplification required. The LS-TA features a small body with an A.R.E.-treated solid spruce top, a 5-ply neck with hand-rolled fingerboard edges for playing comfort, and a line out for use as an acoustic-electric guitar.
