Kaces warrants that all components and workmanship will be free of any defects in materials and labor for 1 year from date of purchase. All Polyfoam band and orchestra cases are warranted for a period of 6 years. This limited warranty does not cover defects created by improper usage, or units that have been purposefully or accidentally disassembled and does not cover parts that become defective due to mishandling.
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the original unit. This limited warranty is made only to the original purchaser of the Kaces product. It is effective only upon presentation of provable date of purchase.
