If it meets our price-matching criteria, we will refund you the difference in the form of a credit of up to $50. Here are some of the main criteria we use to evaluate the deal:

We partner with UPS for most package deliveries. For those larger and heavier shipments, we use CEVA Logistics and UPS Freight to ensure your instruments are handled with care and arrive in perfect condition.

We have you covered! Shipping damage or defective merchandise is extremely rare, but Kraft Music guarantees all of our shipments for 30 days. We always recommend our customers keep all boxes and packing materials for the first 30 days to better facilitate any potential exchanges or returns.
