If it meets our price-matching criteria, we will refund you the difference in the form of a credit of up to $50. Here are some of the main criteria we use to evaluate the deal:

  • Product must be in-stock and factory sealed
  • Product must be sold from an authorized, non-membership based dealer
  • Used, B-stock, Scratch and Dent, Internet Auctions, Demo, or similar items do not qualify
  • Product must not be listed in the "Exclusions" section of an advertisement
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We have you covered! Shipping damage or defective merchandise is extremely rare, but Kraft Music guarantees all of our shipments for 45 days. We always recommend our customers keep all boxes and packing materials for the first 45 days to better facilitate any potential exchanges or returns. We safely ship hundreds of digital pianos, guitars, drum sets, and sound systems every day and have built our business on the successful deliveries of those shipments.
