Shipping delays are a world wide experience
You may have seen the images of ships stacking up on the west coast, waiting for their turn to port. This combined with the increased demand for domestic shipping of products from all industries across our nation has resulted in a rapidly fluctuating climate for receiving and shipping products. While we do our best to offer accurate shipping estimates, please remember that complications can arise which may be beyond our control. Know that Kraft Music is here to assist in any way that we can.

Though forcasting shipping times has become increasingly difficult, general FedEx package estimated transit days are as follows:
- Upper Midwest: 1-3 days
- Central US, South East US, and East Coast: 2-4 days
- West Central US: 3-5 days
- West Coast: 4-6 days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 7+ days
In-stock items: your safest bet

When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders received by 12:00 Noon CT will ship on the same business day.
In order to keep the online ordering experience safe and secure, all expedited orders, orders shipping to an address other than the billing, and orders with incorrect billing information are reviewed by our Fraud Prevention Team. These orders may require additional verification and confirmation prior to shipping. We do our best to reach out as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays, so keep an eye on your phone and email.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Tracking emails are automatically sent to you after the order has shipped. If you didn't receive the email, be sure to check your Junk or Spam folders. Then contact a Sales Advisor at [email protected] or 800-783-3368 and we'll get that tracking to you right away!
Can I expedite my order?
While we cover standard ground shipments on most orders, expedited options are available for non-freight shipments! Contact a Sales Advisor for a quote at [email protected] or 800-783-3368. Please note, expedited orders must be placed with a Sales Advisor by 12:00 Noon CT to ensure departure on the same business day.
Will my instrument arrive fully assembled?
Assembling digital pianos, drums, stands, and any other items we sell is easy! With some simple instructions and the occasional screwdriver, you're all set to go. For digital pianos, you are generally only putting together the stand itself. With the help of a friend, you then place the piano portion on top of the stand and secure it with the provided screws. What should I do with these boxes?
We highly recommend keeping them around for 45 days. Most folks will flatten the boxes and put them in the garage, keeping the packing materials in a bag for easy access and storage. In the rare event that something goes wrong with your shipment, this will help us take care of you as quickly and conveniently as possible!
Do you include a receipt or invoice in my shipment?
We do not currently include receipts or invoices in boxes that we ship. In an effort to be more eco-friendly, all of that paperwork is sent electronically (and financing information is often sent via USPS). Do you gift wrap?
Due to the size and weight of most products, we are unable to gift wrap any of our shipments. If your order is a gift or surprise, we can always arrange to ship to an alternate address or the workplace! Contact a Sales Advisor to discuss your options at [email protected] or 800-783-3368.
Will the box show what's inside?
Yes, many of our products are shipped in the manufacturer box. These will often have images, model numbers, and other text that will indicate the contents. Every package we ship is designed to be handled, loaded and unloaded from trucks, and still keep the contents free from damage or any other problems. How do freight shipments work?
In order to properly protect larger and heavier products, we ship those products using a combination of freight services based on best delivery offerings for your destination. We'll provide you with tracking information for your freight shipment within 24 hours of your order leaving our facility. This includes access to freight service website, allowing you to track the order, schedule a delivery date, and schedule a delivery window! Occasionally, some deliveries cannot be scheduled using the website. If that happens, the service will provide you with a special phone number to arrange delivery. Most deliveries take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday) within standard business hours and require a signature.
Our free shipping promotion includes Threshold delivery for freight shipments. You save $190.00 in shipping! The driver will ensure that all packages are protected from the weather by placing them in the closest dry area. These include porches, garages, or just inside the threshold of the dwelling.
While these services do not include assembly, our knowledgeable staff of Sales Advisors can talk you through the easy and quick process. Can I ship to a PO Box?
A PO Box is not eligible as a delivery location for orders shipping FedEx, UPS, or Ceva. In certain circumstances, we may be able to provide an exception and ship to a PO BOX through USPS, however prior arrangements with one of our Sales Advisors would be required and the item that you are ordering must be small enough to meet the limited size requirement.
Can I ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO?
Many items can be shipped to these destinations, but it varies from item to item depending upon size. Also, due to the added costs of shipping to these destinations, these orders wouldn't qualify for the free shipping promotions we frequently run. But Kraft Music will cover the cost of shipping to the nearest coast! All you would pay is the remainder. Contact a Sales Advisor for a quote at [email protected] or 800-783-3368. Do you ship to Puerto Rico and other countries outside of the United States?
Due to our dealer agreements, we are only authorized to ship our products to addresses within the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia). We also cannot ship to Freight Forwarding facilities. Be sure to check with your local store for product availability in your country.
