All Hot Wires cables come with a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship.

To return product for repair or replacement, please contact Hot Wires through its website for proper shipping instructions. You'll need to send an original receipt and note briefly explaining the defect.

Any cables that qualify for warranty will be repaired or replaced, and will be shipped freight prepaid to the return address.

This warranty excludes defects due to normal wear, abuse shipping damage, failure to use the cable in cable in accordance with in the product description. Other restrictions or limitations, not expressly written, may exclude your product from warranty.

Hot Wires will not be liable for any damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use, loss of time, other commercial loss, or any other damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.
